Authorities say four juveniles from Woodbury, Glassboro, Harrison and Washington Township were taken into custody for making online threats of school shootings targeting schools in Gloucester and Middlesex counties.

The threats, deemed not credible by police, specifically mentioned Edison High School.

As a precautionary measure, schools in Deptford and Woodbury closed yesterday.

Although police confirm there is no active threat, some schools will have an increased police presence today.

The investigation is ongoing.
