A 24-year-old male was stabbed in the chest and suffered a slash to the shoulder in Prospect Park.

Police say a 911 call was made Saturday night for a person stabbed at Park Circle and South Lake Drive.

The victim was transported to a local hospital. He is listed in stable condition.

Police say they are looking for an individual who fled the scene in an unknown direction.

There is no description of the suspect or motive at this time.
