A woman was stabbed in the eye in Bay Ridge, and a person of interest is in custody, police say.
It happened just before 8:30 p.m. near 284 Bay Ridge Ave.
EMS took the woman, who was stabbed once in the left eye, to NYU Langone Hospital–Brooklyn in stable condition.
Police sources say a knife was recovered at the scene.
The FDNY says three people were taken to the hospital, but the NYPD has not confirmed additional victims.
