A woman was arrested for allegedly trying to kidnap a 4-year-old boy in Crown Heights, according to police.
Chrissy Payne, 47, of Brooklyn, is accused of attempting to snatch the child Monday around 5 p.m. in front of 1133 Eastern Pkwy.
Sources close to the investigation say Payne has a history of mental health issues.
No one was hurt during the incident.
The NYPD released a photo of Payne the day after the attempted abduction.
She was taken into custody on Saturday.
Police say she is charged with attempted kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child.
