Crews are working to contain a wildfire in Passaic County that has already burned 90 acres.
The New Jersey Forest Fire Service says the fire started near Clinton Road in West Milford and is currently 20% contained.
Officials say no nearby structures are threatened.
The flames are a reminder of recent wildfires in the Garden State, including the Jennings Creek fire that damaged parts of North Jersey last November and the Jones Road fire that scorched thousands of acres in the Pinelands earlier this year.
More on this year’s wildfire outlook and a drought update is expected tomorrow morning.
