Two women seriously injured when car rolls over them in Northport
Northport police tell News 12 the driver was getting out of the vehicle on Blanchard Drive when the vehicle began to roll backward.

4ds agoTwo women are recovering after being run over by a car they were riding in on Tuesday.
Northport police tell News 12 the driver was getting out of the vehicle on Blanchard Drive when the vehicle began to roll backward. They say the car rolled over the driver’s arm as she tried to get back in.
Police also say that the car rolled over the passenger’s leg when she got out of the car.
They say the car also struck a parked vehicle.
Both women were seriously injured but are expected to be OK.
