Chef Vinny, of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how make a shrimp oreganata.
INGREDIENTS:
6 ea. U8 Shrimp (butterflied)
8 oz. UG Scampi Sauce
¼ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tbs Parsley (chopped)
3 ea. lemon slice (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS
1. Place shrimp and the scampi sauce in a bowl and mix until all the shrimp are evenly coated in scampi sauce.
2. One by one sprinkle a generous amount of breadcrumbs on each shrimp.
3. Place shrimp on to a papered sheet tray and cook at 450 deg for 8 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, plate and garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
