A Vinegar Hill man has been arrested in connection to a series of forcible touching incidents that occurred just miles from his home in recent weeks.
Police say the suspect, Kalen Bell, 26, is accused of forcibly touching at least five different women, all in separate incidents.
Bell was arrested on Tuesday after sources say police received a Crime Stoppers tip.
He was charged with five counts of forcible touching and five counts of sexual abuse in the third degree.
Surveillance footage released by police shows Bell walking casually on the sidewalk, standing outside and even jumping a turnstile in the days leading up to his arrest. The most recent incident was reported last Thursday.
Bell was seen leaving the Special Victims Unit in Prospect Heights with his head down and did not comment when questioned by News 12.
