While many will be celebrating Memorial Day weekend with parties, swimming or going to sporting events – others will be honoring the true meaning of the day by remembering fallen military members.

More than 58,000 U.S. service members died in the Vietnam War. The Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., lists their names.

A replica of the D.C. memorial was on display at Veterans Park in North Brunswick. It will be in the park until Monday.
