Police say Anthony Iacomino was involved in a violent domestic incident with his brother, Joseph.
According to court documents, the suspect went to the victim's Inwood apartment at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Police say the victim was found dead with blunt force trauma on Monday.
Anthony Iacomino is being held without bail.
