The Trumbull Mall will be implementing a curfew for minors on select days this month.
Officials say on Dec. 23, 24 and 26 from 12 p.m. until closing, anyone 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or a supervising adult over 21.
Mall management says supervising adults should be prepared to show proof of age with a valid form of identification. They say those without proper identification will be asked to leave mall property.
Officials say the curfew is meant to promote safety and a family-friendly atmosphere.
The curfew was established following feedback from the community and mall tenants.
