A truck driving down E. 167th Street was stuck for hours under elevated train tracks, causing drivers in the area to have to find alternate routes. The driver of the truck says he got stuck around 12 p.m. Thursday. The driver - who says he's not from around the area - says he was trying to get to I-87 when he made a wrong turn. He was given a ticket and was told he would not receive any points on his license.
