A teenager faces felony charges for allegedly stealing from customers at a Trader Joe's in Yorktown, police said.
The 16-year-old stole a credit card and a cellphone last Friday, using the card to purchase about $2,000 worth of merchandise.
Investigators tracked the stolen phone to a vehicle on the Taconic State Parkway, leading to the teen's arrest.
The suspect faces multiple felony charges, including fourth-degree grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
