A suspended Suffolk police officer accused of helping run a prostitution ring will plead guilty today, News 12 has learned.
Sources say George Trimigliozzi will admit to his role in running brothels in Holbrook and West Babylon.
Prosecutors say he and three others, including an Islip High School teacher,
were running the brothels.
Trimigliozzi was indicted on new charges related
to the case in May including sex abuse, rape and unlawful imprisonment.
