The Suffolk SPCA says Brianna Mahoney was arguing with someone at Chuck E. Cheese in Patchogue before kicking and injuring the dog in May.

The Suffolk SPCA says Brianna Mahoney was arguing with someone at Chuck E. Cheese in Patchogue before kicking and injuring the dog in May.
News 12 has been told the pit-dachshund mix was treated for its injuries at a local vet.
Mahoney is charged with animal cruelty and criminal mischief.
