After a dry, but nice week, rain and thunderstorms finally return to the forecast on Saturday.

Cloudy skies expected overnight with some rain that could produce thunderstorms early Saturday morning.

Heavy downpours are expected before noon on Saturday, but there is also a chance for scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon.

The rain should clear by Saturday night, leading to a cooler, windy, dry Sunday.

Sunday will be a windy day, the sun will return, but temperatures will be a little bit cooler throughout the day.

Next week will be another dry stretch and temperatures will return to the 70s.

Something to note for next week, we are expecting periods of gusty winds from Monday through Wednesday of next week.
