There is a Heat Advisory in effect for Mercer County and parts of southern New Jersey for tomorrow 11a.m. – 8 p.m. as high heat and humidity create feel like temperatures that reach near 99 degrees.
FORECAST:
Today's heat and humidity is not widespread, but there will be enough of it combined with the sun to spark a thunderstorm this afternoon. These storms are more likely in central and southern New Jersey as the sunny chances are higher. There will be some breaks of sun in northern zones, but it is not widespread enough to create a problem with thunderstorms. There could be one or two severe storms today, but not significant.
The weather remains swampy overnight into tomorrow with hot weather returning for Thursday.

The humidity and heat overwhelm the atmosphere by the early afternoon on Thursday sparking a few early thundershowers.
