Now let's take a look at congestions in Bridgeport. That's where we find our Frank Recchia. Good morning. We're at 350 Grover's Avenue in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport, just trying to catch our breath here. The air is very brisk and traffic is light this morning obviously as plows go back and forth. Take a look behind me. And you can see an almost idyllic morning here as dawn begins to break over the city of Bridgeport. What we saw coming in was a lot of activity. Folks over at the restaurants here in Black Rock are firing up the grills, getting ready for what is sure to be. A very busy morning as folks start to come out, walk their dogs, and enjoy the snow. The folks who are in charge of making sure the roads are clear and passable, we have seen them coming and going periodically, keeping the roads safe and passable.
