Police: 1 arrested following chase throughout Bridgeport and onto I-95 North
15h agoThe State Attorney General released bodycam video Friday of officers beating an inmate to death at the Marcy Correctional Facility in Oneida.
Footage of the incident on Dec. 9 shows inmate Robert Brooks handcuffed on a medical table while the officers repeatedly punch and kick him.
Brooks died the following day, according to authorities.
