        Stamford police have arrested a man they describe as a "high-level narcotics dealer" at a home on Peak Street.
        This is the second arrest made at this location recently.
        Jhonel Telemin-Valerio, a convicted felon, is now facing new charges.
        According to police, a search of Telemin-Valerio's room turned up a significant amount of fentanyl and oxycodone. Additionally, police seized money and ammunition.
        Telemin-Valerio is being held on new charges related to these discoveries.
