5ds agoFirefighters responded swiftly to a house fire on Pease Avenue in Southport Sunday night, containing the flames before they spread further.
Upon arrival, flames had reached the attic, prompting firefighters to smash a window to ventilate the building and gain control of the situation.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
