        The federal government has rescinded its approval of congestion pricing, putting the program's future in limbo.
        The decision has garnered mixed reactions from commuters who make their way into Manhattan for work.

        Some are disappointed because they feel the program was doing what it was intended by reducing traffic below 60th Street in Manhattan and raising money to invest in public infrastructure.
        Others are happy to see the Trump administration's efforts, calling it a cash grab and a move that made trains more crowded.
