Noticeably warmer stepping out the door this morning with temperatures around 20 degrees milder than Thursday. A few rain showers to open Friday, but once we get through that we see drier conditions and much improvement through the day. Highs in the 60s again before cooler weather moves in for the first half of the weekend. Speaking of the weekend, rain chances persist over the next few days for a soggy and dreary one. The temperature roller coaster continues with temperatures flip flopping between the sixties, fifties, and forties over the next few days.
