The driver of a scooter in Marine Park was killed Sunday in a car crash.
Police say it happened at Fillmore Avenue and East 38th Street around 11:50 a.m.
The victim, who was not identified by police, was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the vehicle stayed on scene. Investigators don't believe any criminality is involved.
