"Counting Backwards" is a legal thriller that explores the topics of fertility, inequality and reproductive rights through the lens of two women fighting for justice.
Author Jacqueline Friedland tells News 12 that the book was partially motivated by true events.
"Counting Backwards" will be officially released March 11.
