The Rutgers Boardwalk returned for its fourth year. It opened four hours before kickoff with pregame festivities like a petting zoo, mini golf, food trucks and more.
Thousands of people arrived early to take part in all of the celebrations.
Quarterback Athan Kaliakmanis is returning to lead coach Greg Schiano’s offense.
