3h agoOne of the largest gatherings for sushi fans rolled into New York City over the weekend.
Thousands of people enjoyed an unforgettable feast at Sushi-Con, sampling endless bits of top-shelf sushi all under one roof.
New Jersey’s own ButterFish Sushi was also in attendance.
"To be represented at Sushi-Con, which is such a huge event for our little 12-table sushi in Omakase restaurant in Rutherford, New Jersey - to be represented among some of the big dogs in the league. We are so fortunate to be here,” says JoJo Sammut, of ButterFish Sushi.
One of the main events of the two-day convention was the carving of a massive bluefin tuna.
Every guest had a chance to get a taste.
