Owners of a West Hempstead restaurant are accused of underpaying workers by over $60,000.
Prosecutors say nine former employees were underpaid by the owners of Anatolia Mediterranean and Grill.
        The owners pleaded not guilty.
The Nassau District Attorney's Office says this is the first case to be prosecuted under an expanded statute to protect workers in the county.
