A 44-year-old is facing charges of promoting prostitution and promoting prostitution in a school zone.

Nongchu Huang was arrested Thursday morning.

This comes after the NYPD was tipped off by Assemblymember Jamie Williams earlier this week. Constituents told her that Linglong Harmony Spa was not only operating as a spa, but that it was believed that illicit activities were taking place inside.

Williams says she called the spa to see what services they offered-- only to be told they "do not accept females."

The spa was only open for a week, but that was long enough for this tight-knit neighborhood to raise concern.

News 12 cameras were rolling yesterday when the raid went down.

Two women were seen being taken away in handcuffs, though it is not clear if either of the women were Huang, herself.

News 12 was told that told Huang will appear back in court in a few weeks.
