A Long Beach man is facing federal gun trafficking charges for selling firearms to undercover officers while on parole, according to prosecutors.
Prosecutors say 35-year-old James Strong sold 21 guns to two undercover officers who told him they were being smuggled to Trinidad.
Strong was previously convicted of fatally shooting a man at a Valley Stream birthday party in 2007.
