Police are looking for a woman who they say stole thousands of dollars from another woman's bank account.

Officers were informed in August that a woman made two unauthorized withdrawals from a 61-year-old's Citibank bank account at a branch at 80 Jamaica Ave. in Cypress Hills.

A total of $16,300 was withdrawn on two different dates.

Police did not provide information on how the woman received access to the victim's bank account.
