Nassau County police are searching for a man accused of stealing cash from an Island Park business Monday.

Police say an employee at Paul Evan's Catering on Saratoga Boulevard discovered money missing from a cash drawer while at work.

An investigation determined that an unknown man entered the business through the front door and, once inside, opened several drawers before taking $500 in cash.

According to police, the suspect then left through the same door he entered.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about the suspect to contact Nassau County police.
