A Levittown man accused of firing at shotgun during an argument was arrested on Friday morning.
Police say they responded to a home around 10:30 a.m. and found 60-year-old Guliang Zhao involved in a verbal dispute with a 29-year-old man.
They say Zhao pointed the shotgun at the man, shot the wall and then fled the scene on foot.
He was arrested and will face a judge Saturday in Hempstead.
The charges against him include criminal possession of a weapon, menacing, reckless endangerment and prohibited use of a weapon.
