Police say they have identified the victim
killed in an e-bike crash
in Long Beach last week.
Barry Spinger, 68, was hit while walking on East Park Avenue.
Police say Spinger suffered serious trauma and died at the hospital the following night.
The e-bike rider stayed at the scene.
