STORM WATCH: On and off downpours on the way in The Bronx
1h agoAn 82-year-old woman crashed her Mercedes Benz into a Hicksville home on Friday, according to police.
Authorities say the driver was heading south on Bethpage Road when the vehicle left the roadway and struck the residence around 4:30 p.m.
A woman inside the West Street home was also taken to a hospital for evaluation.
Officials say the Town of Oyster Bay’s Building Department is evaluating the residence.
