A 21-year-old man was shot through both arms while sitting in a car near Monroe University in New Rochelle, police say.
They say it happened Friday on Main Street.
The victim was taken to Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital and has not cooperated with police.
Detectives say they recovered a bullet casing and are analyzing the vehicle for evidence.
