Police say the post listed names of potential targets of a shooting at Broad Street School.
Police say that the 12-year-old had no intention of carrying out an attack and did not have any access to weapons. The preteen allegedly picked the names of the targets at random, according to authorities.
Officials say that the 12-year-old admitted to making the threat to see how people would react.
The child was charged with making terroristic threats and causing false public alarm.
