An Orange County man will spend 15 years in prison after admitting to a shooting in Walden.

District Attorney officials say Wilfredo Crespo, of Pine Bush, was sentenced Friday for illegal gun possession.

Prosecutors say Crespo shot a man once in the chest and once in the shoulder in a Walden parking lot in December 2020. He later turned himself in to police.

Crespo will also serve five years of post-release supervision.
