Police say the person of interest in the death of a Flatbush building super was questioned and released by the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office.
That person is not believed to have been criminally involved in the case, and there is no other person in custody.
The assault happened Wednesday morning at 1199 Ocean Ave. near Glenwood Place. Family members identified the super as 41-year-old Burim Havolli.
A police source told News 12 that Havolli confronted someone about stolen packages before an argument that escalated to the assault.
