News 12 crews visited Crunch Fitness in Greenpoint on Black Friday where people were getting in their cardio and doing some strength training.
News 12's Jodi Juliana-Powell spoke with the group fitness director at Crunch Fitness who says people have a new workout class to look out for after the holidays.
“HIIT the bells is one of our new HIIT zone workouts, it happens on the turf. And it is basically a combination of all the bells. Kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, get it? HIIT the bells,” said Michele Bastos, group fitness director.
The new class, starting in January, is all about strength training and is open to anyone with any skill level.
