12h agoDanbury police have identified the pedestrian killed after being struck by a car Saturday night as Diana Malla.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Newtown and Eagle roads. Malla was taken to a hospital, where she later died.
Authorities say the driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the accident to contact them at (203) 797-4614.
