Officials: Kingston man pleads guilty to sexual abuse of 7-year-old girl
The Ulster County DA says 41-year-old Carolos Fernando Pinola Pop had sexual contact with the girl last September.

Officials say Pop confessed when he was arrested a month later.
Prosecutors say Pop faces up to seven years in prison and will have to register as a sex offender. He may be deported afterward since he's undocumented.
Pop will be sentenced on Oct 10.
