        Norwalk PD: 2 others arrested in public housing complex shooting that injured 15-year-old

        Authorities identified them as 33-year-old Essence Broome, of Darien, and 24-year-old Latrel Stewart, of Norwalk.

        Norwalk police say two other people were arrested in connection to the shooting of a 15-year-old.
        Detectives say shots were fired at the Roodner Court Public Housing Complex back on July 13, which injured the teen.
        The victim was dropped off at Norwalk Hospital with a gunshot wound that was not considered life-threatening.
        The shooter, a 16-year-old, was arrested shortly after. That teen was charged with assault, reckless endangerment, carrying a pistol without a permit and illegal discharge of a firearm.
        Detectives say the investigation revealed two others were involved. Authorities identified them as 33-year-old Essence Broome, of Darien, and 24-year-old Latrel Stewart, of Norwalk.
