Authorities took a Norwalk man into custody in Wilton after they caught him allegedly driving drunk with a child in his car.
Police say 45-year-old Cirino Castillo-Lopez was swerving on Danbury Road near Old Highway on Aug. 9.
Officers arrested Castillo-Lopez after he failed field sobriety tests.
