Police have released new video of the Babylon man who police say intentionally ran someone over in a road-rage incident.
Police say Patrick Loughlin and another man drove into a parking lot on Route 109 in West Babylon Saturday night after getting into an argument on the road.
Both men got out of their cars and started fighting.
Loughlin then allegedly got back in his car and started to ram it into the other man’s car.
Police say the 37-year-old ran over the victim, seriously injuring him, and then sped off.
Loughlin is facing multiple charges, including assault. On Monday, Loughlin pleaded not guilty to the charges he is facing.
