A wanted man out of New Jersey has been arrested in Louisiana.

Jose Caal Pop is facing charges of sexual assault and molestation of a child.

Police say he fled to Louisiana to evade capture. He refused to surrender and remained hidden inside a home, police say.

A Shreveport, Louisiana K9 officer tracked him down before the arrest.

Caal Pop is expected to be brought back to New Jersey to face the charges.
