The MTA says that the Q train is suspended between 34th Street-Herald Square in Manhattan to Prospect Park Station in Brooklyn due to track replacement.
During the suspension, the MTA says you can still take the D, F, N, or R trains. It is also offering free Q90 bus service between Atlantic Avenue in Prospect Park.
News 12 spoke to commuters like Diana Augustin about the change in travel plans.
"It puts a dent in the day…literally standing here – it’s been 30 minutes. It's long," said Augustin.
The suspension lasts until Monday. The MTA says Q train service will also be suspended for track replacement Jan. 31 to Feb. 3.
