A mother of three was identified as the victim of a head‑on crash in Toms River earlier this week.
The family of Shamirah Nolan, 37, said she died in the crash.
The collision happened just after 11 p.m. Sunday.
Prosecutors said a Jetta hit a guardrail and lost control, crashing head‑on with Nolan's car.
Police said the driver of the Jetta showed signs of being impaired and they are awaiting test results.
