Milford fire crews are on the scene of an active gas main break on Woodmont Road and Research Drive.

They are urging residents to stay away from the area until the scene is under control.

Nearby businesses have been evacuated.

Officials say they haven’t found any levels of gas inside the buildings as of 11:40 a.m.
