Officials say a medical episode caused a deadly crash that killed four people, including a child, in Randolph.
Prosecutors say 71-year-old Diane Goetz was having a medical emergency when she ran a red light at nearly 100 miles an hour on Route 10 in April.
Her car slammed into two vehicles, including a school minivan. Goetz and the 59-year-old driver of the minivan died at the scene.
A passenger and a child in the minivan later died at the hospital.
